Property Managers

A Property Manager has been assigned to administer and implement an effective management program for each Property we manage. Please see the building description for your building in the JHM Buildings section of our website for the name of your Property Manager.
Your Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of your building, including supervising the maintenance staff and independent contractors necessary to service the building, making the budgetary and management decisions to implement the management program, and serving as a liaison between our Tenants and Property Owners.
