Application Instructions:
After choosing an apartment that suits your needs, please print out and complete an Application and submit it to our office at 640 N. LaSalle St, Ste. 605. Your application must be accompanied by the following:
A) First month's rent in the form of a Cashier's Check, Money Order or Certified Check. A personal check will not be accepted.
B) $35.00 application fee per person. A personal check or cash is fine.
C) Valid photo identification.
Please note that we cannot take an apartment "off the market" until we receive the first month's rent and at least one completed and signed Application for Lease and application fee. Please call our Leasing Department if you have any questions: 312/944-2700 x265.
