Because JHM&Co. manages over 1,250 units in Chicago, there is a good chance that we will have an apartment that is right for you! Please search our Apartment Database or browse our JHM Buildings page to find an apartment. If you see an apartment on our website that you are interested in, please call our Leasing Department at 312/944-2700 for more information or to make an appointment for a viewing.
If you have seen an apartment and would like to apply for it, you can print out an Application for Apartment Lease and bring it to our office, which is located at 640 N. LaSalle, Suite 605, Chicago, Illinois. At the time you apply, you must also bring with you:
- a security deposit for the apartment equal to one month's rent in the form of a money order, cashier's check, or certified check
- an application fee of $35.00 for each applicant
- photo identification
Because nearly all of our apartment Leases turn over on May 1 and October 1 of each year, the best time to look for an apartment with us is the first week of March and first week of August, respectively. However, we almost always have apartments available throughout the year due to job transfers, marriages, home purchases, and other changes in our residents' circumstances. |
