HOW TO USE PAYLEASE/REGISTER AS AN APPLICANT:

-Sign up as Applicant to pay Property Management Company

-Set up profile (type in your information)

-Type Jerome H. Meyer & Co. into search box –OR- type in street name/street number into search box

-Click on correct property address under results

-Choose Make Payment on right side of screen

-Here you can pay First Month's Rent OR Application Fee (these must be done in TWO SEPARATE TRANSACTIONS)

-Put correct amount into box next to either of the above

-Click Continue

-Enter bank or credit card information

-Click Continue
